The surface cooler uses refrigerant to absorb heat inside the surface cooler, gradually reducing the temperature of the cooled space.
The fan coil surface cooler of the air handling unit cools the air flowing through the heat exchange fins outside the tube through the air conditioning chilled water (refrigerant water) flowing inside. The fan sends the cooled cold air to the place of use for cooling. The refrigerant water returns the absorbed heat to the refrigeration unit through the return pipe of the surface cooler, releases heat, cools down, and is then sent back to the surface cooler to absorb heat and cool the air flowing through, continuously circulating.
The aluminum fins of the surface cooler undergo a strict three step cleaning process in the factory, including metal cleaning agent, ultrasonic cleaning, and water rinsing, to ensure that there are no residues on the fins and that the air flows more smoothly, fundamentally guaranteeing the reliability of heat exchange.
A surface cooler is used to dissipate heat from the refrigerant, releasing the heat outdoors. It compresses and discharges high-temperature and high-pressure gases from the compressor, condensing them into low-temperature and high-pressure liquids.
